Pocketgameconsole offers a returns service where you can get a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value (excluding return postage) within 30 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that you find a fault, please let us know and we will arrange collection. If after inspection we are unable to find a fault, we may return your purchase and we may charge you a delivery fee applicable to your location before dispatch.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the refund/exchange has been processed.
Pocketgameconsole Shoes does not pay customs/import duties. If we charge for the return of goods then we will refuse the parcel.
Refunds will be credited to a payment card or PayPal account within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. Pocketgameconsole Shoes cannot be held responsible for any bank charges that may be incurred during the refund process.
Taking care of our goods
On receipt of your purchase, please try it on carefully and ensure that you do not damage the goods or packaging as you would expect the returned goods to reach us in perfect condition.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, either when you take possession of them or when they are returned to us, we reserve the right to issue a full refund (less any amount payable) to repair the goods by way of compensation or to make good any loss.
Proof of Purchase
Returns and refunds will only be accepted with a receipt, delivery note or other proof of purchase that clearly states the reason for the return.
