WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard & Expedited shipping.


(For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour. )

Expedited shipping fee:

Any order need to pay extra $13.99


Standard delivery is free for orders $150(It is applicable only to orders with total value after discount).The discount applies automatically at the checkout.


During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.


How long does the processing time take?

(1)Delivery Time

For Normal Products, Delivery Time(7-19 Days)=Processing Time+Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Normally 3-7 Business Days(Monday - Friday)
  • Shipping Time: Normally 4-12 Business Days(Monday - Friday)
  • Order cut-off will be at 5:00 p.m. (PST/PDT). Time in Pacific Standard Time, Pacific Daylight Time(Monday through Friday),That implies that if you place an order after 5 p.m., it won't be processed until the following business day.

Please note:Your tracking information pertains to the company in charge of delivering your package locally, this does not include international logistics. Once they have received your package, you will begin to receive shipping updates, including estimated delivery times. Rest assured that your order is on its way and will be with you shortly.

(2) Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

(3) Missing Order

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of the ship date.

(4)Address change

Once the package is on its way, we can't change the location. If you need to change where your order will be sent, please email us at support@pocketgameconsole.com within 48 hours of making your order.

(5)Several locations

We are unable to ship to different locations for the same order. If you need things shipped to different locations, please place separate orders. If you require assistance on this matter, please contact support@pocketgameconsole.com.

(6)Wrong address

If our goods are returned to us because you entered an incorrect mailing address during checkout, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping fees associated with resending the item.

(7)Shipping Status

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

(8)Order changes

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

(9)Item not received

If you have issues at all with final delivery please contact at support@pocketgameconsole.com.

(10)Transport-related package damage

If you receive a shipment that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please notify our customer service team as soon as possible and refuse delivery. If you were not home when the box was delivered, please get in touch with us at support@pocketgameconsole.com.

Import Taxes & Duties

According to the requirements of customs law, all goods imported into EU countries and the UK are subject to value-added tax. When you check out, you need to pay 10% tax based on the total price of the goods.

How do I track my order?

Every customer will receive their tracking code automatically, Once we are ready to ship your order. The tracking code will be sent to your Email, which you filled in our system. In some instances, the carrier's tracking information may be available in 1-2 business days after the order was shipped.
